Since
opening our doors in 1987, we’ve
had one goal in mind, “Satisfy The
Customer!” Today, over two decades
later, Lund Cadillac has sold and serviced
more luxury vehicles than anyone else.
True to our mission statement, our customers
understand that there’s not only
a Lund difference in the way we do business,
but that there’s also a remarkableness
in the way we care for and service every
one who stops in.
How do we do it? General Motors asked
us that same question years ago followed
by, “How do you train your employees
to be so nice?” John Lund was very
emphatic and sincere when he replied,
“It’s very simple –
we hire the nicest people.” The
reason why of course is obvious –
we have the greatest customers in the
world and we want them to have the very
best customer service experience found
